But management is often pinned down by day-to-day operations and there is little time to invest in liquidating obsolete equipment, inventory, facilities or intangible assets.

  1. Inventory - We carefully inventory and enter into a database the type, quantity, special features, and condition of each asset, including digital photos.

  2. Market Assessment - Once we know what we're dealing with we can check our sources to find the minimum, maximum and expected value of each asset, including expected selling time and expenses. Then, it's easy to figure what makes sense - a long term effort to sell anywhere in the world, or perhaps the best move is to scrap. Either way, it's always better to decide and execute now rather than later: resale values only decline with time, and unused assets take up space and may distract from more imporant matters.

  3. Warehousing - If relocation or space shortages are an issue, we can usually have your space cleared and available in just a few days. Assets are recorded, packed, shipped and reorganized at special facilities throughout southern California (depending upon considerations such as cost, immediacy and environmental issues).

  4. Selling Strategy - Maximizing proceeds from the sale of assets may involve different alternatives ranging from an online Auction Sale to working our Broker/Dealer contacts to a specially targeted Direct Effort to potential buyers anywhere in the world. Getting the maximum value is where we excel.
